Dunkin' offers a welcoming atmosphere with pleasant employees who provide great customer service. The drinks are consistently of good taste and quality. The staff is friendly and energetic, with some employees going above and beyond to turn around a customer's day. This Dunkin' on Mount Zion Parkway and Mount Zion Road is fresh inside and beautiful. The cold brew is yummy! People are nice. While there may be occasional issues with in-store pick-up orders or old donuts, the coffee and baked goods are generally good, and the manager is apologetic and professional. The drive thru signal is loud.
