Stay far away! If you can just go to the Lithonia location! Literally I got more oil then the actual food! The fresh dumplings that were out by 10 AM? Ridiculous and too dry! Please take my advice!

My first time at this place and I had an Horrible experience!… They Advertise “Vegetarian dishes” but only offer rice and Cabbage as an option for a plate! And you have to buy everything else Separately! I got the Oxtails I’ve never had oxtails from anywhere that had no Flavor! These were FLAVORLESS!! So was the Cabbage and Rice I guess the Food matches the Bad Attitudes I received from both the Woman serving and the Guy at the register! For the Prices they Charge they NEED TO DO BETTER! Won’t WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN!

I use to go out my way to buy food from this restaurant, lately I don't know what's going spent a good amount of money on food to only throw in garbage, oxtail and rice old have no taste ,guy that's serving have his toung hanging out his mouth ,customer service is loud and very poor ,needs a better cook then this ,hopefully they will get it together

I’ve been coming to this place for years it’s getting bad they went up on jerk chicken which is understandable economy but now they give less chicken the cut a leg in half you don’t fully get the 1/4 chicken and then they open at a certain time but don’t have the food ready I hate horrible service

I originally called to do a pick up order. They said they don’t do that and hung up on me while I was still talking! Despite that I still went pulled up 35min before the closed, Bad idea. Food was not fresh rice was so pasty like overcooked and mushy. Some of my oxtails were tough! They charged me for jerk chicken and told me after they rung me up their out of Jerk sauce! Why not lead with that cause I wouldn’t have got it. Overall bad experience, not fresh over priced and bad customer service.

Food is phenomenal. I mean every single item is delicious. They are very remarkable people very kind for the price of this food. Oh my goodness you can tell. They really put love into a cooking best spot on the southside hands-down.???????????????????

I came by yesterday and ordered the curry goat plate, oxtails plate, and a side of plantains. The food was great, but the plantains were so overcooked and burned that I couldn’t eat them.
This was my first time. I ordered the chicken with brown rice, cabbage, and beef pattie. The cabbage had no seasoning, the rice was bland and the beef pattie was without season as well. The plantains were like rubber. The service, however, was wonderful. I will not be going back. Very disappointed!!!!!

My Oxtail plate was full but too spicy. So spicy I had to drink milk after. Missing cabbage & too much sauce on rice. If you like spicy then this the place for youMy fiance plate was dry salmon w/ too sauce on rice.

Let's get into it......had a craving for some Jamaican food yesterday, so I used my Yelp app, as I always do to find a close spot since I was in the office. It was a typical Jamaican spot, small, native music playing in the background, and the smell of great food! I decided on the oxtails....big mistake! The tails were tough and full of gristle! I got a medium plate, but it was more rice and peas and cabbage more than anything, and they forgot to put the plantains on the plate! The rice and peas and the cabbage were delicious, but I wish I'd gotten curry chicken, especially since I paid $26 for rice & peas and cabbage!! I'd go again, but I wouldn't order the oxtails.

I have been going here for years & I normally go every now & then. I bought ackee & salt fish & found hair in my food. When I let the cook Carneil know about it he was rude & acted like he didn’t care. The cashier said if she would’ve known that was what I wanted to tell him then she wouldn’t have called him. She did apologize for unconvincing of the hair but I was trying to figure out how the heck it got in there when there were male cooks. This the first time I have ever found hair in my food from there & I probably won’t be going back. Horrible customer service & the owner Johnathan wasn’t there.
