I just picked up half pan of curry goat I ordered. I told the person behind the counter my order was GOAT and he had it ready in front of him. It looked and smelled like curry so I headed home. Turns out it was curry chicken. I called they said bring it back and pick up correct order. No offer to compensate for his error. I should've looked at my order true but a little customer service would've been nice. Afterwards, I thought it was probably not sanitary to resell...
The cashier/food handler , her name is Yanique. She has great customers service, she's patient and work with us as customers without attitude, unlike most of the others.👍🏻 compensate her.
Horrible horrible experience. I went here for my Sunday dinner for a Fried Snapper plate and a chicken patty to go. I get home to feed my kids and I; the chicken patty is hard as a rock, the “pre fried” snapper was dry as a desert.
I call myself holding in to the chicken patty to take back to the restaurant the very next day and to address my concerns with a manager.
