We were in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be told there was nothing we could get off of the menu but crispy chicken. We asked for Pepsi and was told they only had Dr. Pepper so we got Sierra Mist. We finally got to the window and the Manager Alonzo Williams said that we were lied to. Very unhappy.
I don't hate the chicken. I disliked the service. During the peak of lunchtime, I was told "we ain't got no chicken". Why would management let KFC not have chicken prepared to serve customers, especially at lunchtime? Go figure!
