Ordered online for pickup. My first visit off someone's recommendation and it was great.Good parking . Better than dominos, Pizza Hut, little Caesars. Surprised me I will go more often.

1st my pizza was specialty delicious! The down fall was I was waiting at the drive thru for 5+ minutes,while it's quite a few of employees around, to be addressed for my visit. Secondly I asked for Parmesan after I received my pizza's, and the lady so busy to see if I was going to add a tip or give her the signed receipt back, lol guess what? She failed to give me what I asked for and I wasn't going to ask again. Poor customer service, NO TIP PERIOD!

They now accept email specials and coupons...about timeUpdate: 2 years later. Ordered a 2 topping XL pizza on a special @ $13.99 from Marco's new app. When I pulled up to the restaurant, barely 10 minutes after hitting 'submit order', it was boxed up, hot, generously topped, and looking soooooooooo delicious, awaiting my arrival. The cashier was smiley, friendly, and efficient. Great job, Marco's!!!!The 7 confirmation emails of receipt, baking, and ready...
