Went at 8:47pm and they were closed but the website say they are open until 9:00pm. I didn’t get service but I’m giving high stars because other than this they cool with me

No a true sno ball but a snow cone
Flavors all over the place
We ordered 2 - sour patch kids 3/10 not sour at all lacked flavor until the end when the ice melted
Captain crunch 0/10 idk why there was peanut butter included, chic over filled the cup then charged us an extra 50cent for another cup - too much cream and no cinnamon nor cereal taste at all
We drove 20 minutes to waste $13

Need more employees on the weekend

Stood outside in the heat for over 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledge me standing at the window to order. My son was so hot and over it he said he didn’t even want it any more. Got to be a easier process to order or at least let someone know that yes I see you but give me a minute.

This place needs to be ashamed of how slow they are and the lack of care for people grown as well as kids standing in the hot sun for almost an hour just to get a snowball. Then to top it off there is not one speck of shade anywhere and then if you order more than one you’ll have to eat the ones you get first or it’ll be melted before you get your complete order. The two young ladies that were working Saturday when I went didn’t seem to want to be working and definitely took their time hoping that people would leave I think because it’s no way four snowballs should’ve taken 45 minutes to receive. So shade, employees that want to work, and a spot to enjoy your snowball would probably help this business a lot otherwise it’ll probably close down after a season like the rest in the area have done even though it’s in a high traffic area.

Most snowballs get dry after a while. It’s just mostly ice. But there aren’t like that. Great to the last drop. Staff was so kind and patient.
