Me and my family decided to go to this location (we usually go to one in Fayetteville) well i ordered 5 regular size cups each different flavor, stuffed and added condensed milk well not only they over charged me for the condensed milk they did not stuffed my cups that was so disappointing Also they need to update their signs because the price it shows is not what I was charged I need this to be made right or I need my money back.

This is the 4th time I come during business hours and they're closed, the least that can be done is make an announcement on their social media pages that they'll be closing early. That way it'll at least save me the 40 minute round-trip drive.

I took my daughters & grandson for a snowball date for winning student of the month.Bailey assisted us during our visit.She was extremely patient & very kind.This was our first visit & definitely won’t be the last.The prices were very fair.It was a great experience .

Drove 45 mins so my girls can have ice-cream and it's closed . Sign states 12pm- 9pm. Its 1pm and it's still closed . Sad

I don’t know if they are under new management or what?! But my regular Sno cone experience was terrible. Syrup every damn where outside of my cup, the flavors not accurate, just a terrible experience. Then yall had the nerve to go up on prices smh. My snocone was disgusting. The ice tasted terrible I want my money back.

FYI, You know that ice machine needs cleaning. I had to throw out all of our snowcones due to the terrible taste. Learn how to do business and don’t message me anymore and avoid this location as they can’t seem to take constructive criticism.

Also, don’t guilt trip me with the ‘small business’ card. Selling spoiled snowballs is disgusting no matter who owns it. Instead of lecturing me about support, try fixing your nasty product. That’s why you’ll keep losing customers. Many other reviews are stating the same.

Also, square asked me how was my experience. That’s the purpose, explain in feedback how my experience was. No need in lying and deceiving people. I definitely won’t be back ever especially after the owner decided to guilt trip and manipulate me because of my horrible experience lol. That’s wild

So yesterday my pregnancy hormones kicked in and I had a craving I do not know how I've never found this Hidden Gem and I've been in the area for about 5 years now but I'm lucky that I did have the pleasure of indulging. Me and my son went and we got two different slushies my son got the superhero which was raspberry and Cherry and I thought that the flavors were really really good he also got a spray of sour on the top which makes really really well with the icing and the flavors taste like flavors they were really good I got the orange pineapple and the tropical punch which was really really good too you can tell that the sauces are homemade because it doesn't taste like just ice or just sugar it really had a grape flavor the quality of the ice I must say was phenomenal everything was a 10 out of 10 I will be back and I'm glad I went. Also these are slushies that we had already dug into when you get them the slushie is overflowing off the top like it is a big cone on the top of the cup so how my son's is is how it comes out but he was digging in his as well already

My go to: Bahama mama, coconut & Tigers Blood, stuffed … sooo good 🤤🤤. I’m here 1/week & they never disappoint.

I’ve been coming here over a course of 3 months and each time I come I ask for sugar free flavors and they say “we are out”. I thought all pelicans snowballs sold sugar free flavors but this one does not. They are not out, they just are not purchasing sugar free syrups for whatever reason. I wish they did, because it’s my fav flavor and this one is the closest to my house. Manager if you read this, please please please restock the sugar free flavors. They have been out for months and I love this place but at least repurchase one. I’ll take whatever sugar free flavor you do decide to restock.
