Buddy in the drive thru told me to pull to the side and my food would be brought to me. 30 minutes later I go inside to see what’s taking so long and these folks didn’t even start the order yet…AND THEY ALREADY TOOK PAYMENT! THERE WERE ONLY 2 CARS INCLUDING MINE IN THE DRIVE THRU. STOP LETTING YOUR EMPLOYEES TAKE ORDERS WHILE HIGH. Wasted my whole lunch break

It's unbelievable how long you have to wait sometimes at this location even if you've created an online order. They definitely need to work on management and get things in order so that the restaurant runs a little bit smoother

The girl clearly wasn't reading the order. I had to tell her multiple times what I ordered. I said strawberry biscuits and she gave me only the apple pies I ordered. SMH. Then I asked I said their were biscuits on there as well. This mogo tried to give me regular biscuits. The order is on the screen read

Stop rushing ppl through the drive thru, asking is that it after every item is unnecessary, I’ll let you know I finished ordering. Example- “ ok, that’s it”

Absolutely horrible service! The wait time was almost an hour for 4 pieces of chicken, a shrimp tackle box, fries and drinks! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so we went inside thinking the process would be faster, but we were sadly mistaken! It seemed as though the manager was the only person who knew how to do her job, therefore she had to do the jobs of the others. The person running the register was totally confused, which was understandable considering he stated it was his first day! The manager stated that they became really busy during shift change, but why would shift change be scheduled around 5:00 PM (Rush Hour) on a week day at that! People were requesting refunds left and right! The manager saw my frustration and offered an apple pie for the wait time so that was a considerate gesture! Today was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last! Hopefully this place works out the kinks and improves QUICKLY!

They don't like their job. It's close to my house so it's convenient. Maybe one person is giving service the rest are sitting around on their phones or in and out the door. Service sucks

Please check your orders before you leave the drive thru. You pay your hard earned money to get what you asked for not what they feel like giving you.

This location was probably one of the worst I've been to in terms of food quality and taste. I had burnt red beans and rice. Also, I paid $4.19 extra for mac and cheese and they gave me the last of it from the bin. Very disappointed. However, the staff were nice at least in the drive thru line.

The wings were bad, I’ve had different types of wings and I would never order the wings again. The fries were to oily, if I could give them zero stars I would.
