It is always something with this location. Either they close early, open late, run out of product, are short staffed or mess up the order. Seriously, this has to be the worst managed Starbucks and unfortunately the only one in Clayton County now that Barnes & Noble has closed down. Mother's Day weekend and you have run out of product...Seriously?!?!? No signs were put up just coned off the drive thru and locked the doors. Smh. You all need to do better.

This is by far the worst Starbucks. Mother’s Day is on the same day every year, yet they are talking about they are out of everything (ice, cups, etc.) and about to close at 3 pm. I am sure they knew about the BOGO promo well in advance to prepare accordingly. It’s just poor management at its finest. Every time I visit this one, it is always a BAD experience. I will not be returning.

25 mins in drive thru is insane. Couldn’t leave since the way drive thru is made. I waited at the window after I paid 10 minutes for a drink n bakery item smh. And my hot item feels like it was just sitting in oven and forgotten about. I under stand issues but there was 3 ppl at the window at one point smh.

The service and vibe here is horrible. It makes me so sad! I keep trying because I like Starbucks and this is the only close location on this side of town. Unfortunately, it does not matter what or time because the service from the employees is enraging. It is so bad I started doing mobile orders to not interact with the employees. Today, I ordered at this location and my order was wrong. The barista gave me an attitude because she made my drink cold instead of hot. The vibration was so wrong that I did not even want her to correct her mistake. I drank my green matcha latte cold. I spent $15 dollars on the wrong drink and to have to ask for my pastry that she did not take the time to unwrap. I did not speak up to not cause a scene, rather I made note just to never come back. I know I am not the only person that feels this way. Starbucks cost too much money to waste it on wrong orders and bad attitudes. If someone from Corporate ever reads this can you please build another location in the area.

It's been a while, but the baked beans and corn muffins were so good years ago. Now they taste like canned beans and hard muffins. I hate re cooking, but ribs needed to be more tender. I loved the customer service.

I thought this Starbucks was going to be my new favorite place. Unfortunately, they keep getting my order wrong. I went there personally and they messed up my order and I ordered off DoorDash and they messed up my order. When I called to try to get it squared away, they didn’t do anything about it and disregarded The fact that this was their second time making this exact same mistake. We shouldn’t have to be provided less or quality service because the employees don’t want to meet the extra requirements that you’re paying for. The fact that when the employee was asked about my drinks, she already knew what she didn’t do and didn’t try to fix it is a big problem to me. Make sure you double check your order when you go here because if you don’t check it, they won’t say anything
