Horrible experience! There were fruit flies everywhere, I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged, and my Medicine Ball tea took another 15 minutes because they forgot about it. The employees were laughing about the mistake instead of taking it seriously. Poor customer service and concerning cleanliness. Definitely disappointing!
Your team just needs to check the restroom more frequently…
Two customers were waited on after we came in. Place was kinda busy, but not enough to be looked over.

A drive-thru barista with dark black hair made a day by writing “Pretty Woman” on a chai tea with cinnamon sprinkles cup. A young lady with dreadlocks at the window provided great customer service, and a drink was made with love. This location is a home away from home, with everyone consistently going above and beyond, following the leadership by example of Nicall.
