I have to admit, I went to Crumbl out of pure curiosity. I’d been hearing all this hype, and I figured, "How good can a cookie *really* be?" Well, joke’s on me, because these cookies didn’t just meet my expectations—they bulldozed right over them.

The minute I walked in, I was greeted by a glowing display of oversized, delicious-looking cookies, all neatly lined up like they knew they were about to change my life. I ordered a four-pack, thinking that would last me a few days. Spoiler: it didn’t.

I started with the classic chocolate chip. You know how most places have "their take" on the chocolate chip cookie? Well, Crumbl decided to make the perfect version and call it a day. The cookie was warm, gooey, and had just the right balance of sweet and salty. I was trying to pace myself, but honestly, restraint was out the window by the second bite.

Next was the *chilled sugar cookie*. I didn’t expect to love this one as much as I did. It was somehow light, sweet, and refreshing. I never thought I'd call a cookie "refreshing," but here we are. It's the kind of cookie that makes you reconsider your life choices and wonder why you ever bothered with store-bought cookies in the first place.

By the time I got to the *peanut butter* and *cookies & cream* flavors, I was in full-blown cookie bliss. Each bite was like a mini celebration in my mouth. I would’ve given a speech if my mouth wasn’t full.

Let’s just say, by the end of the night, I was left staring at the empty cookie box like it had betrayed me by running out so soon. I’m already planning my next visit.

“Yesterday was my first time at Culver’s and it was such a great experience!! The food was hot and fresh and just so delicious! No other fast food nearby is like this. And the employees did a great job especially the girl who was my cashier, Anna was so respectful and made sure to help me out with decision making and was very patient!! She was so sweet and that was just so refreshing especially in fast food. I plan to come back as soon as possible!“

“Love this place and the flavors…never had any customer service issues and have been going 1-2 times weekly for the last couple of months.Sadly I don’t think I will be returning…only because what I believe was a misunderstanding between myself and the manager. I was bringing in a larger container because once you’ve added in your mix ins, the ice cream is very soft and partially melted. If you want hot fudge or hot caramel, half of the ice cream is now soup… which I totally don’t mind. I like ice cream soup! Except by the time I get to the car and I stick my spoon in it, it spills all over the sides onto my clothes in the car seats. The cups are simply not big enough to contain melted ice cream (though they are adequate when the ice cream is frozen). I was informed that I could not bring in a container for them to put the ice cream into for health reasons. Which I understand…it’s not even their decision...health regulations. However, during the conversation, it appeared like the manager was insinuating that I was trying to get extra add-ins with that bigger container…. Which I totally wasn’t. I was simply trying to manage a melted ice cream overflow onto my clothes with a larger vessel, etc.But overall love the ice cream and the staff has been lovely to me.“

I was not sure what exactly to get so I asked the man serving me what he thought I should get, he told me what he thought was good (cake batter ice cream mixed with pound cake) and it was delicious. Friendly service, excellent product, I recommend Cold Stone for anybody looking for a delicious frozen treat, definitely going to be coming back!“

“Ice cream good. Fast food service needs improvement. Second time I’ve ordered 4 and 6 piece chicken finger baskets. Both times I received 2-4 piece orders instead. Counting is a must when tanking and preparing orders.“

“They have chocolate covered bananas. They're made before you arrive and they're in a freezer case. They have some with chocolate sprinkles and others with nuts. They also have a variety of prepackaged frozen bars, similar to King of pops. We tried a rice pudding bar. It was good, but I would prefer for it to not have raisins.
This is another place that looks nicer inside than outside. There seems to be another business of some sort in the same space, not sure what that is, just go over to the right for the la Dulce Vida bar. Overall pretty good.“

“I love DQ, but please put enough gravy in the basket meals for the meal please? My husband just picked up three four piece meals. He had enough gravy for one strip, I had enough for two, and our son had enough for one. The combined cups wouldn’t have filled one. Little things….“
