I’m the type of woman who likes to read reviews before I go to an establishment, so I was HIGHLY nervous that this would be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I go there, I’m greeted by two girls who seem nice, they ask me what I want and explain they only have what’s in their case at the moment. They are the best pretzels in town for sure!! The cinnamon flavored ones are so good. Get them warmer with a hint of butter..never go back to regular pretzels. The service is quick and the employees are nice. They are kind and are one step ahead. The location is at town center mall..towards the back of the store near Nordstrom I believe
