First time at Bruster's at the Kennesaw location.The time of day no customers but us.I ordered the peanut butter cup sundae noticed after leaving just ice cream and chocolate and peanut butter sauce.After getting my ice cream the employee had to ask what the other part of the order which was a chocolate milkshake.It was good but disappointing.I usually go to the Due West location.

So Bruster usually never disappoints which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I would suggest not trying any of the strawberry cheesecake as a shake. I’m pretty sure they added artificial strawberry syrup to vanilla and blended it. It was not the move. Don’t get it!!! Stick to the traditional when it comes to shakes. I will say the shake was thick like I requested. But the regular strawberry that I had the other day was 10x better than that strawberry cheesecake...

I went recently to get my family some ice cream because it has been a while, we ordered three blasts and a side ice cream. Two of the blasts felt like milk and Oreo drink with no ice cream feel and no Oreo bits. The last blast that was given to us was a proper blast, which to their credit was good according to the person who had it. I like this place and go to it often, this has been the first time iv gotten my order wrong.
