I just shopped this store in Kennesaw, GA at the town center. There was a young man working there by the name of Jay. He was so friendly, kind, polite, & helpful. He is literally the most ATTENTIVE employee i have ever met at this mall. His hands were full & he was busy, but he dropped everything that he was doing & ruahed to the counter & i was still a few feet away. I saw him do this for several people. Cinnabon, thank you for sharing Jay with us!!
Will introduced himself as the new GM of this location and shared with me some of the changes he is going to be making to make sure that every consumer has a great experience. He had just made some fresh minibons and ended up having to give me two because they were stuck together. He really wanted to make my day and made sure that I had a great experience. Thank you Will ! I’ve been coming to this Cinnabon location for quite some time. I love the Hispanic ladies that work there, very sweet and professional. They have a lot of entrepreneurial spirit, much success and def will come back!
