This Dunkin is the worst and I hate when I am running late and have to come here. Normally I go out of my way to go to another one. Today was just another day of many dissatisfied visits. I ordered a latte as always and was charged $2.50 for almond milk substitute. Normally $1.25. When I asked the lady manager about it she just said "I don't know, we just press the buttons and that's what it charges." Also stating that it was something new. As soon as I pulled out on went on the website as if to ordered and it only charged 1.25. and I did all sizes to see if there was a difference. There wasn't. My drinks are never made consistent. I was even charged $1.00 for water one time and didn't even say anything. I'm used to paying for water and don't mind at all. It's usually .35 though. I don't know. I definitely don't suggest this location to anyone.

Sue is the best she needs a raise!!!I am a regular dunkin visitor between 2 locations and I can honestly say my interactions with the Jiles Rd. crew is the best every time and it literally just gets better each visit. The employees know me, and Sue goes out of her way every visit to make me smile.I met the new G.M Sarah today and again another great experience. it's not every day the g.m of a business comes amd introduces themselves to you. I can already see a positive shift in the moral of the team here. there's a reason I pass 2 other locations almost everyday to come here.

DM Patel was working yesterday when I had an issue with my order through the app and he told me I could come by anytime to get the situation fixed. He was so incredibly nice and helpful and definitely changed my experience. Will definitely only come to this location from now on!

Going here to start my mornings most days of the week is the highlight of my days. My drinks are always made to perfection. I have never had any mess ups with any orders and I’ve gone 4-5 times a week for a few months now. They’re so friendly and sweet! Drive thru is usually pretty fast and they get your order in a timely manner. I’ve even gone in the evenings and still had great service and great drinks/food.

This is the food this Dunkin’ Donuts sells, extremely burnt bacon and dirty greasy hashbrowns. Bottom of the barrel work activities happening at this place. I’d rather eat Waffle House grease at this point.

No donuts! ? Sourdough breakfast sandwich came out thrown together. Bread was not toasted horrible presentation, spending money good money on things that aren’t made correctly really sucks. Miss management with employees that are not properly trained to actually make what Dunkin’ Donuts wants to sell correctly is despicable and a waste of time.!
