Over the years I’ve went to this Dunkin and the customer service has been pretty good but one employee had definitely had the best customer service I’ve seen at Dunkin and that’s Sebastian. He’s kind and authentic with it too, not just phoning it in. He truly cares about his customers and gives it his best.
I'm always going to dunkin every day to get my daily ice coffee and the staff is amazing and always on top of everything and very friendly
This is the quickest, best Dunkin!! Sebastian is working most mornings and getting that drive thru line taken care of. He’s amazing! I haven’t met an employee who didn’t show us incredible service
