The new manager is AMAZING! She’s really turned this store around. I finally get my order made correctly and without waiting 10mins for one drink and a wrap. The crew has always been pretty good but it was clear they didn’t have a good manager to back them up. Just goes to show a store is only as good as their leader and they finally have a great one!
I did an online order at 9:00AM. There was only two people ahead of me. I had ordered about six items. When I got to the window I was handed my order. I looked and all that was in the bag was a plain bagel and a sandwich. Exactly what was on the ticket on the bag. I pulled my order up on the app and noticed they had forgotten the 10 pack munchkin and strawberry pound cake. They didn't have any munchkins. This is a donut place! I was delivering a GrubHub order and in my car The coffee spilled I went immediately back to Duncan's in a happily made my coffees again. I really appreciate the ladies that work there
