Sort of varies depending on where you are. Some Kroger stores seem to barely have it together and some seem to be over the top. Very inconsistent.

This Kroger location is staffed by young people who are helpful and give attention to customer service. Front end help is the best at self checkout. The guy who's always up is great at his job. When I choose to go to this store instead of Publix it's because I know that he will get folks through the lines. We'll managed store. Clean, good selection and prices.

I've been going to this Kroger's pharmacy for 2 years and it is a complete joke. The line is always ridiculously long. It's usually a 30 mins to an hour wait for me to be seen. Every single month I'm almost out of my medication I call in advance to for a refill. And every time I get a text saying it's ready I drive 30 mins to this location just to find out they don't have it and they have no idea what's going on. This has happens more times than I can count. And when ever they do have my medication there IS NO REFILL! My physiatrist tells me they called in for 3 MONTHS OF REFILLS. I've seen so many people in line ahead of me get turned around looking pissed, probably cause they couldn't get there prescriptions either. I have depression and anxiety 3 days of my meds sends me spiraling. I've considered not taking my meds entirely after dealing with the frustrating loop this location has put me in. This pharmacy needs to be shut down.... This location is pathetic

Horrible service, hardly ever have cashiers, poor customer service, and meanwhile they have greater increases in prices than other stores we shop at. They have a couple of items I cannot find in other stores, otherwise I would not go there at all.

I used to love this location when I lived in ksaw. Came back for the first time in maybe a year and this place has gone downhill. Smelled like an abandoned basement. bad vibes. had to get out of there quick

I am ashamed I did not get the name of wonderful lady that helped me with my fresh sliced Cajun turkey and pepper jack cheese this evening at the Kroger off of Jiles Rd. In Kennesaw, Ga. today June, 25th 2022 around 5:30 this evening. She did her job, put up with my somewhat ignorant questions and when I went to pick up my order, she just said something, and did something that made the awful day I was having so much better. Yes its just a deli oreder and It wasn't much to all who witnessed our ending conversation, but it will forever be embedded in my heart. A simple deed, and a huge gesture on a personal level that I will never forget. I will see her tomorrow, just a note that this world is obviously going "south" but it's an awesome feeling when this world has you at the breaking point, that someone as sweet, honest and genuine as this wonderful women steps in and unknowingly gives you strength to keep moving on...my appreciation and gratitude to her will not go untold, to say thank you isn't enough...

This is my Kroger come here three times a week. Was standing in line with my autistic nephew to return some items that were bad and took him outside to look at flowers because no one was in customer service and there was a huge line. Got my cart locked down and all my items taken out. Felt like a criminal. Thanks a lot. Next time man the line at customer service.
After an unfortunate incident at Publix I came here for a cake for my daughter's birthday. I wanted a custom cake made. The lady that helped me was wonderful. She quickly took my order and was very helpful and friendly. The cake turned out beautiful and was cheaper than what I was used to paying at Publix. I'm so glad I came here and will continue to do in the future. The cake decorators are talented and willing to work with you as to what you want - unlike Publix. The store may look a bit dingy but the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I buy gas at this location and the windshield washer squeegees are always dry. I buy your gas and then have to stop other place to wash my windshield. The answer is DON'T BUY GAS HERE!!!

Very slow service .and rude stuff on pharmacy Kroger at Cherokee road Kennesaw. I only have pain killer from my dentist and they ask me to wait one and half hour..even though I told them my tooth getting hurt..they don't care Same happens was I need a vaccine (Walk in) ..they ask me to come back next day. Saturday 5.30 PM ..mean is they have another 30 minutes before closing.. No costumer waiting for Medicine or vaccine. Only me and my husband.. He said for vaccine he need 15 minutes for preparing and 15 minutes to give me a shoot and they just about to close no enough time to do vaccine So I run to Walgreens ..time 5.40 pm 20 minutes before closing..and they accepted us , no questions ask. Only took him 10 minutes to give us vaccine.. Compare with other pharmacy ..Kroger is worse pharmacy ever..the stuff looks busy behind the computer ..only 1 person running around in pharmacy.. The waiting time more longer than other pharmacy.. Don't go there...they don't deserve business.

This Kroger just proves to me why i hate Kroger. Absolutely no customer service what so ever was so disgusted by our treatment i left my cart and went down the street to Publix.

We just had, the BEST fried chicken from the deli. So fresh, moist...flavor throughout all the meat, and crispy on outside, so delicious!
