Idk how this place is still in business. I literally don’t understand. The person that comes to the counter is always filthy and looks like he just woke up. The food is nasty and the wait time is the worse.

I ordered delivery bell pepper steak. I get it often and it's really good. What I received tonight was Hunan beef. It had broccoli, peppers, onions. It was so hot I could barely eat it. Too much trouble to call them or drive over there. I couldn't taste the sauce, the beef. Just intense heat. I eat cajun food and like spicy but not so hot you can't taste the food.

Used Uber and picked up. Ordered placed but when I looked again on my end did not see the BOGO discount and 3 soups just needed 1. Owner told me to cancel and reorder with correct number of soups and he did assure me BOGO there but I’ve had this experience before where restaurant and when I picked up food, restaurant did not honor….. So I was charged $33 and $29 because one is a cancellation and I also lost my $15 AMX credit So now I am out $77.00 for a meal that should have cost $30. No resolution with Uber or owner of restaurant plus food just ok.

I've been patronizing this Chinese restaurant for many years through many under new managements. The service was the worst and the food was disappointing. I wish them luck, but I'll be finding another Chinese spot.
