Mario went out of his way to get the right order. Even came out to the car and made sure it was right. It wasn’t but he went inside and brought us our food instantly. Best customer service I’ve seen in the food industry.
Worlds slowest workers, sat in the drive through line 20 min and it didnt move. 1 sign says cash only then another card only? What is it??? Dont go here if on a time crunch. They are in no hurry. Horrible service! Seems all the Martins in are area have gone to crap. Please train or replace the management.
Friday 8:30am 1 other guest and the store is a wreck. Dirty everywhere trash laying around several places. Cashier was clueless.
