This is a franchise, it is not Michoacana, the ice cream does not taste like anything, it is more water than cream and without flavor, the waters have no flavor, nothing to do with other real Michoacana stores, I wanted to give it a second chance but it is just as bad

I wasn't sure about what flavor juice would go well with the boba & the employee asked if I would like to try some samples.

THEY WERE ALL SO GOOD!!!! Now I'm trying to replelacte something similar at home lol it's not even close tho

After going to my kids Brusket Ballers game, we took them to the mall to buy them some minerals to celebrate. They also wanted ice cream and we took them here! It was delicious and the queso cheese ice cream was delicious!!! 10/10 Jose was very nice and Professional, we will be going back

It was my first time at this Michoacana and I was very satisfied with my experience. The workers are very friendly and patient. It took me a minute to look through their menu but they gave me positive attitude. I ordered icecream and a mangonada. The desserts were really good!!! After getting my mangonada, I walked around the mall for a bit and came back to the place. They willingly added more tajin when i asked for it. Overall, great experience.

The lady that was working on Sunday was very rude making fun of the customer and cursing while making fun of the customer! Will not be coming back this is sickening! Am pretty sure she will act like she did not do anything when the manager sees this comment! Over priced and bad service!Bought some desserts here on Sunday January 21st around 12:55-1:15 pm there was a young man and the rude young lady! So amazing how she could use profanity in front of customers And not think twice about it!

Very nice flavors & amazing icecream. Very reasonably priced. Tequila with almond was very unique & tasty. Must try when in town center mall. Staff is very friendly too.
