Very bad customer service. These young people that work here just don’t care. And obviously management doesn’t care either because they’re not doing anything about it. Do they not see that the reviews are bad? Do they not understand that people have other places that they can eat at around here? Is the goal to go out of business?
Food quality varies greatly. Sometimes they have fresh food and good variety. Other times no variety, stale food. Sometimes the food is not hot, seems like it's been sitting a while. Portions are usually generous though. Service is typically average. Atmosphere average.
Got food from here tonight, 5/25, and one of the items we got was the orange chicken—and it was perfectly balanced in flavor! Just the right amount of spice, making it enjoyable for both my 2-year-old and me. I was thoroughly satisfied. My teriyaki chicken was also fantastic—tender, flavorful, and had a great texture with a delicious, well-cooked appearance. Every bite was amazing. Honestly, $25 well spent!
