Pho is all oil. Meat came frozen. Never again.anyone giving good reviews is either getting paid to or doesn’t know what actual Vietnamese food is suppose to taste like.Yall should be ashamed of urself

Can’t explain in any other way other than a nightmare. Me and my fiancé ordered two Banh Mi’s around 6:30ish and we picked up our sandwiches and as we ate them I bit down and I thought it was a bone at first but instead it was piece of glass. Honestly pretty traumatizing and it’s completely ruined my experience of a restaurant that I used to really enjoy. I would advise EVERYONE to stay away. I got lucky I didn’t get cut or swallow the glass but I would advise anyone from even taking the risk.

Used to be amazing and we were regulars here. But in recent months they’ve been increasingly worse. Service isn’t good when sitting down in restaurant (example; asking for extra toppings like onion & cilantro on phó when ordering, not getting it which is fine it happens, but then taking 10 minutes to come back to the table when my partner hasn’t even gotten their food, and then when they serve them their food we ask again, and then going and sitting down and not giving them to me until the end of my meal and just rude and being in the service industry myself is lazy. For reference we we’re their only table at the moment and it was very dead inside).

Phó is typically VERY bland now (it used to be delicious) with no hints of the typical phó ingredients (clove, star anise, etc) just tastes like salty plain broth…and has barely any onions or cilantro on top of it (if you’re lucky you get one or two pieces of cilantro).

Over all the food is just sad... we have tried to give this place more and more tries in hopes it’s just a one off, but after the service and disrespect we received from the waiter today we’ll just be going down to duluth from now on for our phó cravings.

The business advertises a close at 9:30 but when you arrive, they will not serve you if you arrive after 9. I drove from there with my family only to be told that those are the rules. I told the manager it is advertised on the internet that they close at 9:30 and he refused to serve us. It was 9:05. Very convenient for them , not so much for me and my family. I will never go there again and cannot not support a restaurant that does not put their guests first. False advertising. Their door does post that they do not serve walk in after 9 and to go orders after 9:15.

Other reviews say the pho is bland. Are they blind? There are a variety of sauces to doctor your food to your liking. You can always add more. Service was great, got notified about an allergy at our table and had the side remade promptly. I did not like the lack of private seating, but in a small space you do what you can. They deserve a bigger space. Very filling and I feel healed from their food.

Food is the best reason to come here. I get the vegetables soup and add meet. It's good cold day comfort food. Not a cozy restaurant as It can get loud. If the wind is blowing it gets cold.
