Pho Dakao-Kennesaw

This was my first time trying this place out. I placed my order online & paid $2 extra to have shrimp fried rice. When I picked up my order, it didn’t have shrimp in it at all. It tasted great without the shrimp, but I paid for shrimp fried rice. My husband took it back in and asked them to put some shrimp in a separate container so I could put it on the rice myself. The lady at the counter was kind about it & took my plate to the kitchen. My husband waited for like 5-10 mins & they gave my husband a container with COLD shrimp to go with my fried rice 😐. This was so upsetting to me because I’m pregnant & don’t want to take any chances with any possible raw/ undercooked shrimp. I knew I should’ve just asked for a refund instead of asking for them to add the shrimp that I paid to receive from the beginning. I wanted to like this place, but it’s little stuff like this that makes me not want to order from here ever again. This was just a waste of time and money.

Quick Vietnamese food; easy going service. Pho Tai (steak) and Bahn Mi (grilled pork) were delicious. The pho broth is the star of the show. The atmosphere was relaxed / quiet for a weekend lunch time. The pho was great and the bahn mi was a 7/10 for me — the pork is not what I’m used to but the bread was soft and warm, and condiment/veggies were fresh and crunchy.

Pho isnt authentic. I cant really taste the aroma of pho. Table was sticky.

Definitely one of my to go Vietnamese spots. Service is good and so is the food! I love their vermicelli bowls and banh mi’s with pork. This was my first time getting their take out and I wish there would’ve been more lettuce but besides from that they added extra fish sauce like I asked. Fresh and tasty food!

Vegans of Cobb: you must try their vegan banh mi! The tofu mushroom filling is so well seasoned, juicy, and savory. Their bread is always fresh, not too crunchy or too chewy, but crisp and tasty. I get a takeout banh mi and the fillings to toppings ratio is perfect, it’s ready fast, and the price is right.

I ordered for take out their Bahn Mee sandwich. Check out the picture with the pork meat falling out. The portions are very generous! I love the heat from the jalapeno peppers and the shredded vegetables they put on the sandwiches. When I normally dine in I also like their Vietnamese coffee. The sandwiches are delicious, both for eat in or
take out.

My go to place for Vietnamese food.

I've eaten at this restaurant many times since it opened, and I came back today full of anticipation. But just as we started eating, they rushed us to pay the bill, and a few minutes later, they threw it on the table. Being treated like this made me very upset, ruining my entire dining experience. I couldn't finish my food, and my stomach started to hurt. I will never forget what happened.

This is my preferred Pho place, when I have the time to go. Its far from where I live nowadays, but the quality of the Beef in particular and the generous portion of noodles makes it worth a good half hour drive. There's something about the flavour of the brisket that really stands out, you'll remember it for a long time if you get it. I also recommend that and the tripe; its always well washed and you get an all texture meat, with no after taste that some places tend to have.

Food was alright, but i’ve definitely had better. Good portions though! Their thai tea is pretty good and prices aren’t too bad.
