If you like to be ripped off and have half of your order not delivered and your pizza messed up then this Pizza Hut is the perfect place for you. then.When you call to order a pizza, you don't call the actual store. you get a call center. and then when your pizza is messed up and you actually call the store and you press the option to address a concern, it rings nobody answers it because nobody cares at the store. Ordered nearly $650 worth of pizza for my company. Was originally told on the phone it could be delivered by 12pm and was called 20 minutes later and told it would be 1:30pm. The pizza arrived nearly at 2pm. Upon inspection, the cheese pizzas were so burnt associates refused to eat them. We ordered 40 pizzas and the driver only delivered 32 and drove off with the remaining 8 and had to come back with them. Me and my date ordered from them tonight. I've been very satisfied with this place before but tonight was just bad.
First off, they got the address wrong which is not an uncommon event. Easily resolved. When I got the food, the pizza was completely over done. Top was 1 degree below burnt and crust was as tough as cardboard. My date was very disappointed an decided to leave. Usually they're pretty good but today was a failure�
