I've given this place several chances, but the quality is consistently disappointing. The pizzas are always undercooked and soggy, as if a cup of water was poured on top. Even when I specifically ask for the pizza to be well done, it still comes out wet and undercooked.
Today, I even asked them to put it back in the oven, but it made almost no difference. To make matters worse, my pizza didn't have any mushrooms on it, even though I paid for extra mushrooms.

The app said my pizza would be ready at 8:05. Ended up leaving at 8:40. They had 6-10 people working. You could tell it was a quantity over quality tonight
