gave this place several tries but multiple times run into issues - they are always running out of ingredients, flavors or toppings. just not a good experience. the amount of boba in my last order was almost invisible in a large size drink. Disappointing, tried to give them a chance but there are way better bubble tea places around with a better menu that aren't always out of everything.

The taro milk tea I had was genuinely the best one I have ever had. I was really impressed! The only thing I wish was better was the menu, it was a little confusing. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and helpful. We went right as they opened and they were really quick to get everything made.

Product is decent enough. But they can't be counted on to have anything in stock, and when they make errors, they won't correct them properly. It had been probably over a year since I had been here - I stopped coming after they messed up my daughter's order by putting the wrong boba in there. I asked them to make her a new one, instead they tried to fish out the wrong kind from the bottom of the cup (which wasn't done successfully), and just put sone of the right kind in. She ended up not wanting to drink it at all when I brought it to her. First time back, and yet again, they are out of what I wanted. Simply not worth the second chance I gave them.

In walking in, the staff are so nice and welcoming. This was my first experience here and I had no idea what tea I wanted. The woman at the counter helped me put together the strawberry flavor I wanted to incorporate. I also received my order super quick. After getting my boba, the taste was so incredible that I just had to leave a review! I definitely will be back!
