I must give the employees at this location who was working at 3:15pm today Dec 6th a huge pat on the back. A mentally unstable man came in and was loud, disruptive, aggressive body language and clearly having a mental episode. The staff asked him to leave, he did not, they called the police. Before the police could arrive two of the employees came from around the counter and stood side by side in front of him asking him to please leave now. friendly service. bagel was good (generic bagel) but a short coffee was frothy milk! why? a short coffe with cream shouldn't taste like milk, i've never had that happen before. just a cup of coffee with cream and hazelnut shot, easy. what i got was gross, i threw it out. i did not order milk with hazelnut. no thanks, do not recommend except for their mass produced food which should taste the same everywhere.

The person that seemed to be the manager, blonde lady, took our order with an attitude and did not listen to my wife when she asked for oat milk in her drink. Luckily the worker making it was super sweet but the other woman was just rude. I understand service workers having a bad day, but when you mess up orders because of it you need some work.
