I order my food and drink off the app and when it was time to get my order I only had my drink the younger woman ask me can she help me I told her I didn’t get my food she saw my order and ask the order women she try to tell me I didn’t order food and the younger women told her I did it was on the computer she made the food but the order women was mad she had to make it do better
I am not a favorite of "seasonal" coffees because they have too much sugar for me but Starbucks has my back. Whether a café latte with unsweetened almond milk or two espresso shoots with heavy whipping cream, they got it.
the barista checking me out gave great recommendations for the app and explained details I didn’t understand! She was very helpful and kind in explaining things and it was a great experience using the loyalty app :)
