Slowest location ever, they move very slowly! Did a mobile order, got in the drive-thru line when it said it was ready, sat behind cars for awhile and even though I said my name at the speaker and they confirmed my order, they never started making my drink till I got to the window! What was the point? I paid extra for caramel drizzle and had half of the amount that the other drink with the regular amount had. This location could use some attention from management. I really think this a top notch Starbucks location. Very roomy and a nice layout, versus other locations I've seen where you can hardly get to the counter, and follow that up with there only being 4 tables. This location is the opposite of that. Great staff. Tons of places to sit and study or read, or just charge a device even. As for the menu.... I believe it speaks for itself. If you're near Wade Green, stop in and check it out!

This Kennesaw Starbucks truly impresses – from accurate drink preparation to a spotless seating area and consistently pleasnt enviroment. Bailey, Zach, Heather and the team's warmth and politeness create a welcoming atmosphere, making it one of the best Starbucks experiences in Georgia. Big thanks for the commitment to an exceptional customer experience and knowing your customers on a individual basis. Oh and they always get the names right too!! ?
