I have been a long time customer of the Willy’s franchise and am a weekly customer of a different location. I am a service handler and have never had an access issue with the Willy’s restaurants until today. The manager of the Chastain location came up to my friend who had her service dog with her, insistent that she show some sort of certificate or card showing proof he is an actual service dog.
