The food Is good but regardless of in person or drive through they always leave out my sauce and I'm a huge sauce person when eating so It definitely makes a difference for me. I normally order ranch and most times never get it. I always get sad when i get home.Parking: Always parking around the building

They got my order wrong, but it didn't matter - the funnel cake was undercooked, and the caramel sauce was uneatable. Slow service and all the batter over cheese bits, and anything else was just subpar. You've been warned.

Came to pick up a mobile order on thursday, 07/27 around 8pm. App said pick up inside. Tried to go in, the doors were locked with no note on them. Went to dt, order taker said they just found my order and to pull forward to spot 2 and they will bring it out in a few. Kept watching and waiting. 25 minutes went by. Pulled back into the dt and had to wait in the line again (additional 10 minutes) then they said they forgot about my order. Made it while I was at the window. And get this, one cup was leaking from the bottom, rep also said she put straws in the bag. Got home at 9pm, no straws. Food wasnt good either think I lost my appetite waiting on them. Also saw one girl standing there on her phone while I was at the window the second time. No wonder they forgot my order too busy taking selfies and worrying what the internet of strangers says about them. Rant over. No more delicious chicken for me.
