Came to pick up a mobile order on thursday, 07/27 around 8pm. App said pick up inside. Tried to go in, the doors were locked with no note on them. Went to dt, order taker said they just found my order and to pull forward to spot 2 and they will bring it out in a few. Kept watching and waiting. 25 minutes went by. I don't visit this Zaxby's but a few times a year but every time I've gone the experience has been excellent. The employees are always very friendly, the service is fast ( they usually bring it to your table ) and the restaurant is kept very clean, even the bathroom. I appreciate this type of management and look forward to my next visit.

The food Is good but regardless of in person or drive through they always leave out my sauce and I'm a huge sauce person when eating so It definitely makes a difference for me. I normally order ranch and most times never get it. I always get sad when i get home.Parking: Always parking around the building
