Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time at Freddy's was great!!! I've never had the chance to eat at a Freddy's since there is not one where I live. It is easily the best drive thru burger Ive had but this place is so much more!!

They take way too long and nobody was even there

Service was horrible. Do not recommend at this location. They got my drink wrong and they made my burger with stale buns. In my chili cheese fries container was broken and just in the bag.

Just like a steak and shake... I have never eaten here and wanted to try it. Fries were so-so. Burger was wonderful!

This place absolutely sucked! We waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes for a medium sized vanilla shake that was smaller then a cup of coffee, and cost us $6.50. The server at the windows was like a robot.

We always stop at Freddy’s when we are on the road, and we have been to all different states. This was the cleanest location we’ve ever been to! In addition to the nicest employees we’ve ever experienced from the cashier and warm welcome, Kendra’s hospitality made it obvious why we had such a great experience with the other employees (leadership starts at the top) . I would give this location 10 stars!! Not to mention our burgers, cheese fries, and Reese’s Royal Concrete were absolutely delicious!!

I ordered a steak burger combo only meat and lettuce. I confirmed my order again just because I know the order isn't common. My buyer came with mushrooms and aioli sauce now I have to eat in because my fries will get cold while I wait but no problem easy mistake. When I tell you the burger and fries were so salty I couldn't finish either and it was over $20 lrg is crazy. Save your money and go to McDonald's across the street.

We regular customers here. The store is always clean and service excellent. Kendra the new manager is awesome. Always greets us with a smile. Definitely make it a stop to fill your stomach with gear food.

As we were walking in Freddys we were greeted by a very Polite and Kind young man (Jason)with a Hello also wanted to know how our meal was and Opened the door several times for those coming in and going out! Also Kudos to the Hippy Chef that wanted to know how we liked our meals !!

Wow! If you want good food then this is the place! Not only but the customer service and atmosphere is amazing! The manager Kendra was so kind and made us feel right at home! I 10/10 recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bite to eat! I got the Freddy's original was delicious and my shake was so yummy!

Freddie's was an all-around amazing and very satisfying experience. The atmosphere is amazing, with a great 90s vibe, and it was very clean! The service was extremely good, and all the workers were very kind and polite. And the food was absolutely amazing. Not to mention, the shakes are the best in the state of Georgia. We got to meet the manager, Kendra, and she's just the best! She cares for the workers and her guests as if they're family. She's just so amazing. I would highly recommend coming to Freddie's – they'll treat you right!!

The air conditioning at the Freddy’s location in Kingsland Georgia has been broken for over two weeks, and it’s dangerously hot inside ,even hotter than the 106° heat index outside. There are no fans, no airflow, and no relief for the employees who are working hard over grills in extreme heat.

What’s truly shocking is that, despite these conditions, the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, professional, and doing their best, even though their faces were red and they were dripping with sweat. They deserve so much better.

This isn’t just uncomfortable……it’s a serious health and safety issue. Management needs to fix the A/C immediately or at least bring in industrial fans to support their team.

Freddy’s, your employees are the reason this place runs. Take care of them.
