Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I went here for the first time. My burger and fries were both pretty good for fast food. I only gave them 4 stars because they did mess up my wife's order. We will definitely go back.

We stopped in here Saturday night on the way home from the Georgia/Florida game and really enjoyed it. This was our first visit and the entire place was very clean and the workers very friendly. We had Bacon Double Cheeseburger meals and had more than enough (too much really) to eat. Plenty of fries as our sides and everything was hot and fresth.

Ordered pick-up so I didn't really interact with any employees, but I will say that the online ordering was easy and my order was ready when promised and made according to my customizations. When I went in to pick up the onion rings and turtle sundae the space was clean and organized. I was staying at a hotel nearby so it didn't take long to get back to see how everything was and it was great! The onion rings were hot and fried perfectly. They included my Freddy sauce as I asked and it was the perfect complement to the rings. The sundae was in excellent condition - the ice cream was cold, the whipped cream was still on top etc. And it was delicious. Idk how the rest of the food is, but I'd definitely come back for a sweet treat and app.

When we found this place, the food was great, and definitely a place to return. Unfortunately service was slow and a few obvious things like ketchup were unavailable.

I have no idea why this place is rated low 3s. Cleanest Freddy's I have been in and the employees were very friendly.

Always way more employees than customers on my dozen or so visits.

Despite this they insist on making third party drivers prepare the drinks on their delivery orders while they literally around and watch because there's nothing else to do.

If the situation demanded it, I could see a driver doing this as a courtesy, but these people are not food service employees and the situation at this restaurant is often not demanding.

Wait over 20 min in the drive threw with no one in the parking lot and 1 car in front. So I left with no food.

its takeing longer than 30min. to get a shake .always at 4pm to 8pm way longer wait than any customer should wait..lady makeing the shakes is blatinly unprofessional while makeing anyones food not sure of her name but she has tattoos all over her arms....dosent make orders in a row goes from 118 to 130 to 122 to 124 .sorry but service sucks it Freddy's.in Kingsland Ga.That is 3 times ive gave that place a chance to fix the problem with service.not any more and will post to social media.Make sure to hire people that are older and more professional with experince.

For fast food this place is pretty tasty. Our dog was acting up in the drive thru and they gave him a pup cup. Girl at the windows was so sweet.
