Got a coupon for subway and they refused to honored it. Won't go there anymore.

This is the 3rd or fourth time they have specifically messed my sandwich up. And usually it’s just not toasted which that’s fine I can deal with but this time all they did was put ham on it and fold it up. Every other order was correct but they couldn’t handle putting lettuce tomato and mayo on a sandwhich??? It’s just getting really annoying at this point I won’t be coming to this store ever again. Read the receipts it’s not that hard clearly your already reading it if all the other sandwiches were correct

Parking: Not much parking spaces and a bit inconvenient to turn in to park. This is due to the gas station right next to it and the gas station traffic.

Ordered on the app for the 6.99 meal deal. Food was made to order and ready when we arrived. The subs tasted great, made exactly as requested. However, the chocolate cookies tasted like the raspberry cheesecake cookies and were horrible. The dining area was a mess with dirty tables and food on the floor.

Before I ordered any food, I asked the girl (SUMMER) if a coupon worked for my up coming order. Showed her the coupon and she nodded stating yes we can do that. Cameras in the store will show the interaction with her head nodding yes at the coupon.
I’m now trying to pay for my food and an old Indian lady who walks in next to Summer states that no coupons can apply to those sandwiches. The girl Summer just stands there and says out loud “Oh”. Doesn’t speak up and tells the old Indian lady she had made a mistake by telling me at the beginning of the order she would accept the damn coupon.
I paid for them and then realized that no this wasn’t right. I no longer wanted the food, so I asked for a Refund. The owner (Allen) came out and stood next to the old rude Indian Lady who told me coupons didn’t apply to my order. I really wish I had got that old Indian lady’s name because she laughed in my face and lied about the whole situation. Stating that the girl Summer told us from the beginning the coupon does not work, and we should have known better. I left the food on the counter and walked out. They refused to give me my money back. I want an apology and a refund for the order of food. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Plus, I’m kinda glad that I didn’t eat the food FLIES everywhere. So disgusting. ?

Horrible food, not fresh at all, who owns this place? very rude, and unprofessional, left two things out of my order and refused to refund them, what kind of operation is this? You don't get to keep someone's money when the products ordered were not provided.

Good service the atmosphere was fine but the reason why I want to write a review is because there was a handicapped woman who needed to get in the door and she couldn’t so I had to help her. I was more than happy to help her, but I have to question why there was no handicap door release and I have to wonder why Subway would have a handicap parking spot and handicap entrance without a door release. It just makes mo sense to me.
