Go somewhere else if you can!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have frequented this particular restaurant for years and if my very picky teenager would eat from another chain than this I would NEVER go here again. Many years ago this was a great store, however, for the last few years, it has been ridiculously horrible!! Their mobile ordering system is down most of the time, and you MUST, MUST, MUST check your order to make sure it's correct because I can GUARANTEE you it will NOT be. The service is extremely dismissive as though you are bothering and annoying them for even daring to make them do their job!! The only good thing here is the frosty — and they won't even charge you for the icy demeanor they serve it with!

I have to say, I was blown away with the amazing service provided when ordering tonight. Tori I think took my order and made sure everything was fresh. I actually normally go to a closer Wendy’s will drive the extra mile from now on to get the great food and friendly service. If every employee was such an amazing employee as Tori I’m sure Wendy’s would be beating McDonald’s. Thanks for the great service and food!!!

First off burger had no condiments, Secondly missing fries from one combo and nuggets from the other. Waited back through drive thru(staff very unfriendly from the beginning), told them about the missing items, gave us a bag....no nuggets! Really?? Not worth the trouble

This Wendy's is very dirty. Our food was cold. When I asked for new fries they gave me another batch of cold fries. The help wasn't at the counter, outside smoking.

Went to the drive thru to get a quick burger. It was a fast and friendly lady who served me. Unfortunately, the burger was not even warm, and it seemed to have not been recently made. It was edible, and I was hungry so I ate it.
