Worst experience i ever had. Idk if it was because they were swamped due to ballgames on TV and everybody wanted pizza or what, but it was awful. I ordered in the app as I always do. We sat patiently in the parking lot until the app said our order was ready. It obviously wasn't. It was at least 15 minutes MORE before we got it. While we were waiting a man came in who had been given the wrong order. Maybe that's what happened to ours?? Idk.
The pizza was decent, as always, but the curbside is just horrible. Was told when the food was ready, it would be brought out. We got the notification that the food was read, so we sat there for 15 minutes waiting. I went in to get the pizzas and of course, all 3 employees were just sitting on the counter talking. Thanks for the cold pizza. Really need to take curbside off the website if it's not curbside.
I'm really impressed with the LaFayette location. Every order has been prepared exactly as requested, served hot, and ready on time. Staff is friendly as well. There are always some great coupons available on the website.
