I have ordered online with the store several times. This was disappointing to order hours in advance and not have it ready when I arrived. The sandwich was not made the way I requested as well. They didn't have any cookies I ordered. I don't know if this associate was new or what, but it was not a great experience.

I always enjoy walking into a restaurant and being greeted by the staff! It makes for a great start to a good customer service experience. The 3 that were working the line were super friendly. They are doing a great job!
