Firehouse Subs La Grange Mall DO BETTER!!
From a company who literally centers their business around helping people, your employees seriously lacked compassion & customer service tonight.
After driving from TN today with our daughter that is in a wheelchair with 2 broke legs, we decided to stop at Firehouse Subs in LaGrange for dinner. We got inside at 8:30, they close at 9:00. I ordered through door dash. Firehouse left out items from my order and no one will answer the phone at the store. I even tried the manager and guess what... no answer. Don't really understand why you can't answer a phone. I guess they enjoy stealing from their customers.
Wow! So many negative reviews and my service was the complete opposite! Outstanding service from a team that seemed to genuinely care.
It was busy and we had to wait, but the team pushed through and focused on knocking each order out. Very proficient and professional!
Enjoyed my meal too!
