Firehouse Subs La Grange Mall DO BETTER!!
From a company who literally centers their business around helping people, your employees seriously lacked compassion & customer service tonight.
After driving from TN today with our daughter that is in a wheelchair with 2 broke legs, we decided to stop at Firehouse Subs in LaGrange for dinner. We got inside at 8:30, they close at 9:00. I ordered through door dash. Firehouse left out items from my order and no one will answer the phone at the store. I even tried the manager and guess what... no answer. Don't really understand why you can't answer a phone. I guess they enjoy stealing from their customers.
