I've encountered a displeasing attitude from night shift manager Keisha tonight at 9pm. Night shift manager Keisha's attitude is definitely unprofessional and she needs to go through some more training on how to interact with the customers. She got sarcastic with me and told me that my order is a pick up order. Maybe an app malfunction but I then presented my order number which is a take out order which is a in store pick up. Fool me once, on me. Fool me twice...... On me when I get home home empty handed. Thrice... .. the customer service on a basic level which was noticable but ignorable. Long story short, I work around the corner in another restaurant, I get off work. I go there rarely. I can't say there's been a single day without some type of issue/ problem, but I keep coming back out of convenience rather than true quality. Granted it's still McDonald's. Drive thru male was rude. No hello, thank you, or welcome. Instead of giving me another syrup as I ordered 2 breakfast meals, he closed yhe window. I had to blow the horn for his attention, smdh
