“Nicole the manager was only person in the store yesterday, she was moving like I’ve never seen someone move, she apologized about making me and other waiting for her to come to cash us out but it was only a minute or two of waiting to be helped. She was very sweet and even tho it looked stressful you couldn’t tell if she was stressed. You need to give her a raise and some help!“

“We had a great experience. We tried ordering from arbys but no one was over there, they were just playing around in the back. Popeyes went above and beyond. We walked over to their counter, the systems went down, but they still started making our food even before the systems came back up so that we didn't feel inconviened.“

“I placed a mobile order, which I typically do, and before I could pull up to the drive through to let them know I was there, a gentleman came outside, asked about my order, said they had been looking for me, had me pull into a parking spot, went in and came outside with my order. I wish I had gotten his name. He was so nice and had great energy. He just made my day. In all of my visits to this Zaxbys, I have never had a bad experience.
