Went to ZAXBYS today…ordered…no sweet tea..no tea at all as a matter of fact…got my order as it was handed out the window as I drove up..asked if I wanted a receipt I said no..then drove off…looked for card just to make sure because at that moment I didn’t remember her handing it to me..I backed up to ask her if she gave me my card as she rudely said yes…then I started unloading the two things ga from my bag that had food on the bottom to find my card in the bottom of the bag…I said it’s in the bottom of the bag, next time please hand it to me…I called the store back and the manager could have cared less!!! Our food was cold and at that point I decided never again!!!! I’ll drive the extra few miles to go to Valdosta!

The wings were cooked horrible they were soggy and Under sauced and there was barely any fries this place has definitely went down hill . There needs to be better management going on in this place .
