The chicken and biscuits were amazing 😉
Much needed break and we picked the right spot. Food was delicious and customer service was awesome. We had two people we interacted with, Yasir and Aundrea, and they took very good care of us. If you’re in the area looking for a meal, this is your spot service and food were exceptional. While we were eating, Jasmine even came over and refilled our coffee cups for us, very sweet young lady.
Always a pleasure to visit this location. Clean store. Friendly staff. Biscuits are always on point.

The atmosphere is very nice and the location is very well maintained. The food is often fresh, hot, and delicious, with highlights including the 5-piece chicken strips and the soft biscuits. However, some customers have noticed issues with the quality and preparation of certain menu items, such as the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the mashed potatoes and gravy. Recently, some customers reported missing items in their to-go orders and experienced misunderstandings with staff when addressing these issues. Although the restaurant can be busy, the service remains friendly. Overall, Bojangles provides a satisfactory dining experience for many customers, though attention to detail can vary during rush hours.
