Grossly mess up orders and the manager girl on duty believe she can touch your food with gloves on to prove a point. I arrived home and my order is missing the whole quesadilla!

Ordered online. Got two sides of chips and a bowl. Only received one of the chip sides. The bag only had a handful of chips. The chicken in my bowl was ice cold like it just came out of the fridge. I had to microwave my bowl when I got home. Reached out to support and only got a free chips and dip next order. I used my points I earned to get my bowl tonight and am highly disappointed that I wasted my points on this trash. I order from here weekly but probably will not be back.

Service was poor at best. Extremely frustrating when workers have no sense of urgency or care. The bowl was constantly made wrong in front of me. Cashier was simply just walking around and couldn’t care less. No apologies or anything and after walking in with no line it somehow was 15 minutes before we left with our food.

No lettuce no pico they have a shortage you'll be disappointed if u go today they don't know how long

Im giving 2 stars becasue the food was good, but the lack of service was a 0 star! I ordered 2 honey chicken bowls. Service felt very rushed even though there was noone behind me, all items including rice and beans were half a spoon and i never mentioned that I want half a portion! For the chicken literally was 4 pcs, less than half a spoon ( maybe they need to start using teaspoons) . i asked for extra chicken and I was well aware that will be charged for and that was fine ($4.45 extra) and got even less than the first quarter spoon.

I love chipotle but this particular location is DISGUSTING. Nats inside of the lettuce. (Didn’t notice until I started eating my bowl) , the lady in the line was very rude! There were dead flies on the counter where the hot sauces and utensils were. This location needs much better management!!!! Will not be back!!!

The short Hispanic woman who always passes the food to the cashier has a real nasty attitude. I come in and ask for extra on my bowls , I pay my price difference & she gives me attitude everytime I ask for extra lettuce , corn & sour cream . I pay my extra for chicken so why can’t I get extra toppings without a argument or back & forth . Staff needs to be more professional

I probably should give a one star review given that i havent had a good experience at this locations the only TWO times that ive went. First time, I ordered a bowl with half chicken/half steak. I picked up my order & got home and there was no steak in my bowl that i PAID FOR. I called, got no answer and had to drive back to the restaurant. I got my steak and a little extra but why wasnt it already on my bowl for me to enjoy? This second time, which was just last night, I ordered through the app again, got there 2 minutes after my pick up time and was told to give them a minute. I said okay but ended up waiting 12 minutes only for my food to be sitting right next to the cashier the whole time, getting cold. She didnt apologize or anything, not to mention when I got there she kept making eye contact with me but would not acknowledge my presence like she was ignoring me. I had to say something 3 times. Very rude girl. Once I got in the car I checked my food to make sure it was right & there was barely any steak on my bowl but i didnt complain because I will never be back at this location ever again. If u dont have enough time to wait in a line at this location, DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP. they SUCK at mobile and doordash orders.

Taste was good and the chips were not stale. I'd give it a 5 BUT there's a above average curly haired spanish young guy. If you see him, leave. The portion of meat he gives is SO SMALL. I refuse to pay for extra meat to get regular portion.
Chipotle need to start using a measuring spoon that their employees can just fill to the brim, instead of letting each employee eyeball the amount. It makes no sense.
