Very bad customer service. We came in with our family and spent over $100 and wanted the salad but they didn't have any lettuce. The 2 mexican ladies had a nasty attitude and put stuff in our bowls that we didn't ask for and said they already added it. Would never visit here again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this cashier had such ban manners. I believe his name is Alexis. The guy infront me said thank you to him about 3 times and this Alexis person acted like he was too good to respond back. Then when I payed not one word was said after I tried saying hello. On top of that he just shoved the bag across the counter to me and then walked off without a word. So nasty.

Just know ahead of time even if you order a large guacamole or cheese dip for over 8$ they'll still have you buy the chips for it that's ridiculous I'll just go across the street from now on to moes where you get free chips and salsa and chips come with your dip doesn't cost extra 2-3$ just to feed myself a bowl and cheese dip was 30$ that's insane!!! You can eat out at a nice restaurant for that this is considered fast food WOW NEVER AGAIN

I don’t usually write reviews but this is the only location I refuse to come to. Service is terrible, food portioning is ridiculous, this is the closest one near me yet the worst one I’ve been to and the staff gets worse everytime I come which is maybe once every 3 months. A worker ate a piece of chicken in front of customers before she made my mother’s bowl like where’s the cleanliness? Please do better 😫

On Friday evening, between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, my wife and I dined at your store. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was significantly below the standard we have come to expect from your establishment. Our experience was notably different from the positive experiences we've had at other locations, including the Jimmy Carter Norcross store, Grayson Hwy Store, the Rancho Cucamonga, CA store, and numerous others visited during my business travels. One member of the staff in you location was rude, culminating in our decision to leave without completing our meal. We were particularly disappointed by the behavior of one employee who, in my opinion, mistreated us during our brief interaction. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope it is not representative of the service provided to other customers at this location.

I'm a vegetarian and don't order meat. Yet, three times when I have had food from this location, I've had meat in my food. Two times, there was chicken in the queso. Most recently, a piece of steak was in their fresh tomato salsa/pico. This is ridiculous and concerning cross-contamination.

had an awful experience at this Chipotle location. The worker who took my order was incredibly rude and acted like it was a crime for me to even be there. She kept rolling her eyes at me the entire time and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she said something inappropriate in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand—but I did. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Customer service should be a priority, and it’s disappointing to feel disrespected when all I wanted was a meal. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Went in for lunch asked for a salad with half barbacoa & half steak, the lady behind the counter proceeds to give me barbacoa & chicken, after telling her in the midst of scooping the chicken on my bowl that no it was steak that I wanted she proceeds and tells me the chicken is already on the bowl and looked at me as if I should just accept it. I looked back at her in a questioning manner…?? It’s not my fault she got my order wrong… after looking at one another for a while she proceeds to tell me she can make me another bowl, her attitude stinks & she should revisit customer service training & accountability. It’s not my fault she got my order wrong, you can’t just give patrons what you think they should have or guess what they want you ask for clarification.

I ordered a bowl with steak and chicken through DoorDash and they only gave me chicken. Mind you the steak is the most expensive part of the meal. Do not order at this chipotle!
