Update: they don’t do anything when you contact them they only feed you more bs and no solutions
Worse place to get food. They short you on food, then charge you extra when you say something. Won’t be back. They are unsanitary the employees caught an attitude after i politely asked for her to change her gloves after touching things under the counter.

This is by far the shittiest order I have ever received!!! Not being able to get in touch with customer service when your order is completely wrong and ludicrous!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!how is this even remotely acceptable!!!

Horrible customer service at this location . I just left and I ordered 2 bowls to go , as I get to the station where they add the sour cream , pico and corn etc the lady that WASNT WEARING a name tag for me to identify her, threw the sour cream on the bowl so fast and sloppy that it landed on the side of the bowl , if I’m spending almost $11 for a bowl, I would like it to be neat not sloppy and fast just because you’re in a hurry . I spend a good amount of money here at chipotle and I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer care . I tried to call the establishment after I left and nobody picked up the phone and unfortunately, I can’t even give the company her name because she was not wearing a name tag.

!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Missing items from my uber order has been a running issue at this location. Uber doesn’t let you order 30 minutes before closing so I know it’s not because I’m ordering 2 minutes before close. But how hard is it to make sure the order is correct before slapping a sticker on? I’ve worked at other chipotles that are far busier than this one and our missing items percentage was under 10%.

Edit (dropped to one star): I finally had a chance to open my bag up just to see that of course they put the wrong order in the bag. I am vegetarian! This is unacceptable, especially with so many other chipotle’s setting the standards so high! And to whomever’s name is on this order, I am so sorry that your DoorDash order never came. AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE AND GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE BETTER ONE!

Average food for a chipotle but the shorter older Mexican lady kept yelling at her coworker in Spanish to give less portions. And then REMOVED what was already out on my meal, keep in mind the portion looked about the same as what the other chipotles would give me, maybe even slightly less. Also ordered chips and salsa and the salsa container which is already small enough was only filled up about 2/3. Stingiest chipotle I’ve been too, will stick with my usual one on sugarloaf pkwy.

The worker behind the counter wrapped my burrito and half of the food was falling out. I asked for an empty bowl in case the ingredients fell out so I could eat it with a fork. They wanted to charge me $2 more. Extremely rude workers.
