“I typically don't write reviews and if I do I don't write them this fast. But I came in today and I accidentally GPS myself to the Duluth location instead of the Sugarloaf parkway location. To be honest with you this place is much better! The food atmosphere and the service is phenomenal. I didn't catch the guy's name but I came in on Tuesday at 6:45 for a gluten-free sub. The cashier was the sweetest person I have met out here! I think he might have been the owner to be honest. He was happy upbeat, talk to the employees nicely and everybody that came in the store. He seems like a genuinely nice and happy guy. He took my order and everything was perfect. He really made my day because after work, bringing my kids to swim, and gpsing myself to the wrong place I was slightly annoyed. But when you walked in the store there's no way you could have been annoyed. Truly had a kind and genuine Spirit about him. I will definitely be coming to this one instead of the Sugarloaf parkway one“

THEY COMMUNICATED EFFECTIVELY TO MAKE SURE MY SANDWICH WAS MADE RIGHT, AND OVERALL GAVE SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TREATED ME LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER . THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, FRESH, AND PREPARED NEATLY. I DEFINITELY WILL RETURN AGAIN.“
