All I can say is WOW ! I’ve never been a smoothie person but this place has started my new journey ! When I walked in I was greeted kindly by two ladies . The owner was so kind.There are so many organic and real options to choose from. I chose build your own: mango, pineapple, papaya, soursop, kale and ginger as options. I would highly recommend.
Today we tried our 1st smoothie with sea moss at Natural Defense.They are delicious! I even tried my daughters (Mango Mania) and not sure which one I like the most, I wanted to drink them both! Lol!!! ??My smoothie is called Stress Defense ? The service was lovely we were welcomed with a big smile, prices are reasonable. Thank you so much Natural Defense Team!??
