“We hardly ever hear about or read very many positive reviews. Usually it's the negative experiences we have with restaurants, convenient stores, retail stores, etc. that we always hear about. Wherever there is some level of customer service involved.So I want to give a huge shout out to the guys working at this Waffle House location. One was the cook, one was the waiter, but they both helped each other with the customers. They were both super friendly and helpful. We've come to expect folks to be rude, have attitudes and just all around be hateful and dismissive so it was such a welcome change to have this experience tonight.So to the guys working tonight about 7-7:30 pm when I was there, if you read this review, thank you so much for the friendly, welcoming experience. “For breakfast this is an easy go to for a lot of people. The parking lot tells the story.The food is pretty good.An item or two has been removed from the menu so I just gave it 4 stars.I have visited another in Jonesboro Ga, I am grateful to the one in Albany Ga. They give you a full serving and the staff is very friendly.Eggs Benedict A+If you are in need of reading material they have the best book to read available.“
“My Sunday routine get waffles at Waffle House. They are always great I smother them in butter and syrup. Staff here always fast and friendly. Porsha always does a great job. Haley of course is my Favorite. She's friendly and very courteous. She stays busy at all times. If she's not waiting on a customer she's wiping things down. Or doing dishes. Very attractive to all her guests. Amy is another winner. She does a great job as well. Staff making everyone food wearing gloves. Another great breakfast at Waffle House on Ledo Road near the Walmart. Thank you girls for always making my visit a great one. Chef Richard“
“Food was AWESOME. Cooks name was Will. Waitress was ok. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The cook immediately went to work on our order, then started stocking his area while we ate. Waitress sat at little bar area behind us, hitting her Vape ( sign on door says no smoking including vapes) while loudly listening & watching her phone as we waited on our food and while were eating. That's the only reason I didn't give a higher rating.“
