They advertised a 13.99 deal today but when you add it to your cart and start to check out they actually add each item that is in their deal to the cart with the original price for each item. So instead of the total being 13.99 plus tax its 16 dollars and some change plus tax. Total Scam

Ordered online. Pizza was good and warm. Cheese sticks were a little stale. Seems like the had been cooked for lunch and it was 4. Overall good tho.

Never in all of my years of living, I have never experienced such bad customer service like I did tonight at Little Caesars on Highway 19 in Lee County. The so-called manager hung up in my face twice when I asked her a simple question and that was because I asked her if I had to order over the phone order or online and from that point on she had an attitude with me as if I’m supposed to know about their process ( they change it up so much they change it up so much already). I went up there to try to reason things out with her and enlighten her with positivity that didn’t get anywhere, and she would not provide me with her name. I will be calling ccorporate.

I will NEVER be back to this location. I’m about to call corporate to complain(I have NEVER done that for anywhere). Never in my life have I been treated so badly by a worker. Ordered a pep-pretzel pizza, got home. Regular pepperoni with cheese sauce. I called very nicely. Worker was SO RUDE and hung up on me after saying “we use the same dough for both.” Called back. Spoke with the manager. She said the same thing and HUNG UP on me as well. I CALLED THE TWO OTHER LOCATIONS IN THIS AREA. They both said the crust is different and they should not have hung up on me. Work on your customer service skills. None of the workers OR THE MANAGER need to be dealing with customer service.

This is the worst Little Caesars I ever been to I wouldn't recommend anyone go here

We walked in at 630 on a Saturday night for them to tell me that they were only doing online orders. When I asked why and when you could order in the store I was told we don't know. You would think a pizza place would want walk in business on a Saturday night.
