HATE getting sent to a call center where they have no idea what we want, what the specials are, how long the actual wait time is, and always pushing to get more than the 1 item I want.

Got the wrong order on my pizza. That's the way to try something new. Live to far to take it back. Not a big deal! Hope who ever got my pizza enjoyed it and didn't call making a big deal about it.
