I’m born and raised from Chicago’s west side . When I seen Al’s in GA. my eyes lit up! Finally visited today. Customer service was great! I enjoyed seeing the pic of all the iconic restaurants from back home! This is the 2nd place I’ve visited for a Maxwell. That was a Polish, not a Maxwell!! IYKYK… Onions weren’t grilled, just slightly sautéed, sport pepper was no good at all. Should not have been placed on anyone’s food. Overall a bit disappointed. $8 per polish...
So far best Chicago spot i have found in Georgia. Italian beef has been my go to, but the wings, Gyros, chicken sandwich, and Chicago dog have all been good. So far this is as close to being back home in Chicago as I have found, in all my years being here in Georgia
