Very quick, had two cars ahead of me and they kept things moving. The bacon egg & jam croissant sandwhich was exactly what I needed! Crisp, delicious and fueled the rest of my day. Its about time for another one!

My husband went to get us some breakfast here. They had kept rushing him to pick something in the drive thru even though they weren't busy. He ordered 2 donuts and a sandwich. When he gets to the window and they hand him our food , he noticed they gave him 3 donuts. When he pointed this out and asked if they charged my card for it they said yes . He got upset and asked them to fix it , instead they called the manger over who then told my husband to shut up and threaten to call the cops all still holding the card and other our food item . The manager did not fix the issue and still charged our card. And the food wasn't fresh in top of it. I normally enjoy your products and environment but I will not be returning to this location

I'm not one to complain, but I've been to multiple Dunkin Donuts over the years and never received a muffin that was wet in the middle until today.
I got the first muffin in the drive thru, and it was very wet in the middle, so I took it back to get a replacement. This time, I went inside and the employee put the replacement muffin in the oven for 2 seconds, took it out of the oven and gave it to me. I checked while I was inside of the store, and it was still wet. So. That is my first and last time going to this location, and y'all can drive a little further to the Highway 78 Dunkin location for better service.

Waited for a long time for a mobile order through the drive thru — no line. Definitely forgot that my drink had cold foam and just put it in thru the sip area of the lid and also gave me the wrong sandwich.

This Dunkin is consistently bad. The food is subpar for a Dunkin, so is the coffee. Today I got a large hot coffee with cream and swirl. Those are supposed to come with 4 pumps each. They shorted me and only did 3 pumps each. Plus the coffee is burnt. Also, every single time I order the Nitro Cold Brew, the cup is half empty because I guess their machine doesn’t work. But - you still get charged full price and only get to have a few sips of coffee before it’s gone! Half the cup is filled with foam. Go elsewhere if you want a good Dunkin.

The most awful customer service. Deepa is extremely rude. They always give me the wrong items. There food is just nasty and gave me food poisoning once. Don’t go here

Terrible customer service. Refused to issue a refund on an accidental duplicate mobile order. Got the nitro coffee and I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Basically a 1/4 cup of coffee. Will never go back to this location.

Coffee is watered down. It is barely even bitter. Taste like water and sugar. I went to change my drink and the lady put so much ice in the drink I could barely put the straw in the drink. Just go to another Dunkin.

Every time I order a sandwich from this location, they mess it up. I asked for one of their popular sandwiches with American cheese. I ordered through the app to make sure that it was listed. I get to the drive-through I tell them I placed a mobile order and to make sure that both sandwiches have American cheese. Oh yes, American cheese yes yes she says.. something told me to check my sandwiches before I left the drive-through window one of them didn’t have American cheese. Do you know I handed the sandwich bag back to the young lady working the drive thru (not her fault) and she gave it to the older lady prepping the food and she just took the white cheddar cheese off, slapped a cold piece of American cheese on it and handed it back to me??? I will never come back to this Dunkin again. This is not the first second or third time that this has happened at this location. I will drive farther to get better food and service.

Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. My husband specifically requested no cheese on my food, but that’s exactly what we got. SMH. The food was hot and the young lady at the window was nice, but if I can’t eat my entire meal, then I guess everything else is a wash.🤷🏾♀️
