If you want your food rushed then to go this location.
I ordered grilled cheese sandwich and got a grilled sandwich with “cold cheese Half way through. The customer service is horrible at this location. Don’t waste your money at this location

The worst Dunkin & worst service ! I visit other Dunkin’s locations regularly ( excellent service & always there for customers & there choices)
This one is close to my house , so I have visited this location few times as it’s close by.
But the service is so bad. Also wether u r with coupons or app on your phone & ask abt some helps they are least bother or dont even care .
I went and talk to some lady & she called another female as she said she is the manager & I requested her to apply my app ( coupons) and give me a wrap with no bacon ( pork) as I don’t eat & give me with out bacon instead . She refused saying this is against our policy ..this is the way you get it, either u buy it or no .
I have been to other Dunkin location all the other 3 locations I visit they are always there to help & be there to give what you want .
Very disappointed with there service &
Never coming back to this location .

Let me tell you about the disaster this place is. You can't order because the language skills are inadequate, and the kiosk doesn't have the donuts in the case. This is the simplest job on the planet and this place cannot figure out how to take an order and deliver a donut they didn't even cook. It's border line offensive.

I asked for glazed blueberry donuts, and it was not glazed. I dont know what that was . So to try to make it right they replased it with 2 old reg. Glazed donuts. I asked for a strewberry sprinkle and got white. I did not go back to correct it because of the frustration. Take a look, you tell me if it's glased and if it looks fresh also if that looks like strewberry .

I ordered avocado on toast, and one side was burnt to a crisp. The other side was OK. Sooooo I guess they just put the avocado on the burnt side to cover it up. Won’t be eating here again.

My coffee was just past luke warm. This is totally unacceptable for what was supposed to be hot coffee. Never had this issue at this particular location before. That's laziness and poor customer service.

Went to drive thru around 9 pm. It was closed and nobody answered although the hours state they are opened until 10 pm.
Went there on a Saturday afternoon & only one car was at the drive thru. We went in & were the only customer in there. 5-6 employees filling orders & talkin to each other. 3 were facing us, yet we stood there for about 10 minutes with not so much as a greeting. We turned to leave & no one said anything or even looked at us, even when the door made a sound. I finally called them out on it. 4 stared at us without saying a word, one said sorry. This was our first time there & we will never go back. Wish I could have given them a 0 star.

I just was there and I wanted asked if they could make a frozen chocolate, because their menu had just changed so I was hoping with the stuff they still had that they could make it, I had a reward as well to redeem. The person at the drive thru had no idea what I was talking about and all of them spoke very little English and had no idea what I was saying. All of them were saying they were new, I don’t care if you’re new or not. I understand that if they’re new they may not know how to make the drink. However the English comprehension is SO bad they literally had no idea what I was saying. And on top of wanting the frozen chocolate I asked for 2 loaded hashbrowns, because those are my favorite and they just made a return. They had me pull up to the window and show them their own menu to get the item. And then I paid and only got the two hashbrowns after 15 minutes. I asked where my drink was and they said I didn’t order it. Although it was said at the speaker and at the window again. The guy then asked me to pull to the front to which I did and THREE separate times people came out to verify what I wanted. and every time I said large frozen chocolate, NO COFFEE. After 7 more minutes the guy came out with a frozen s’mores signature latte and wanted me to pay for it??? I had a reward that I scanned. I didn’t even get the drink I wanted…..25 ish minutes were wasted.
DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE PISSED.

I went to Store#358317 Lilburn GA 30047. I wanted coconut donuts, store were out but CSR Bhavna was so sweet & made me some right on the spot! Wow Best Customer Service Experience Ever! Super Happy Satisfied Customer Here! I Greatly Appreciate Her! :)

They close at 9pm apparently but they keep the store open until 10pm because they supposedly need a whole hour to clean the store. Wasted gas and time
