Kroger Bakery

Disappointed in produce pickup. Bananas look worse than ones I was already had and was about to throw away. And have to go inside store to return. Last bananas I ordered were put in same bag with insecticide spray.

Get employees and environment

I have lived and attempted to shop at this Kroger since 1991. they continually change management and it reflects on the rest of the staff. Their shelves are always empty, they stop carrying items that are other brands (asparagus, whole wheat pasta, etc) so that you will have to buy their brand. Well, some of their brands stink. Every time I have to shop here (oh how I wish a Publix was within 5 minutes of my house) I end up not getting what is on my list. I now normally shop at the Hwy 124 store and am much more pleased. They carry OTHER brands and their produce is edible. I only shop at Five Forks because of their pharmacy. THAT is the only good thing to say about this Kroger. I gladly complete the online survey every time I have a chance for this store. It needs to be revamped from Management all the way down.

Be very careful in this store. There is water standing on the floor at some point every day. If you happen to miss seeing some and fall and get seriously injured like I did, they will promise everything, then stall, lie and make you look like a fool and do absolutely nothing for you. I have many pictures of employees standing near water and doing nothing to clean it up. Be careful.

As usual, bad weather hits town and I was out of milk. Went to Kroger to get some, and a few other things. Staff was friendly and quick, considering the situation. Pharmacy, on the other hand, was quite slow. My cousin was told her script would be about 30 minutes and took almost an hour. Others came and went, she was still waiting.
